The client aimed to create an open and inviting space that encourages the crowd to engage with multiple activation points using their product. They envisioned a fun and vibrant environment designed to distribute a large amount of swag effectively.

The client's requirements included:

• Spacious storage space for swag, including cubbies for easy access.

• Soft flooring to enhance their employees comfort.

• Different zones to host activation points that accommodate their machine prototypes.

• Multiple shelves and opportunities for swag display.

• A secret room for the private display of their latest prototype.

My Role:

I conceptualized the design and proposed ideas for multiple activation areas within the booth, as well as mechanisms and structures to accommodate their machine prototypes. The client provided graphics and followed some graphic design suggestions presented earlier. Additionally, I provided technical drawings for the installation team, as well as CNC files for the required custom shelves and countertops.
